The Arns Commission stands in solidarity with the Federal Supreme Court and its members in view of yet another repulsive attack against this institution as a result of its firm stance in defense of the Constitution.

A rigorous investigation of acts committed by those who attack the rule of law is essential. This episode proves that we must reject any and all attempts to grant amnesty to those who commit crimes against democracy.
